Responsibility:- Collaborate with HRBP on various HR tasks such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, culture building, and talent management.
Participate in the execution of HR practices and procedures, continuously enhancing HR standard operating procedures.- Assist in implementing HR management regulations and policies.
Generate regular reports on resource management and organizational structure.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company regulations.
Support additional HR projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Business Skills Requirements:
AT LEAST 8 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE- Project Human Resources Management capabilities, single module COE capabilities professional.
Human Resources Management expertise.
