The role of Human Resource Business Partner is a critical position within our organization, reporting directly to Regional HRBP and will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support our logistics team in achieving their goals. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, employees, and HR personnels, to provide strategic and operational HR support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational HR FunctionsTalent Acquisition & Onboarding: Collaborate with stakeholders to address current and future staffing requirements and work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely completion and deployment. Communicate with department heads about the onboarding process for leadership roles, ensuring alignment with LGU talent management guidelines.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance to the leadership team on HR policies and labor laws. Keep employees informed about the company policies and engagement program. Address employee concerns through collaboration with stakeholders and the Alabang support team.
- Legal & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage labor cases, and mitigate risks related to employee management.
- Records Management: Maintain updated employee HRIS records in coordination with the Shared Services team.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist Shared Services by providing necessary employee documents for processing. Ensure that all required documents are properly completed and reviewed before submitting them to Shared Services.
- Performance Management: Support in implementation of performance management systems for continuous improvement and improve productivity and efficiency.
- Strategic Business Partnership Collaborate with stakeholders while actively influencing strategic business decisions to ensure alignment of HR strategies with operational goals.
- Change Management Lead and support change management efforts during business process improvements, restructuring, and technology implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and managing resistance to change.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency in HR and logistics functions.
- Value-Added HR Services
>Employee Engagement: Support leaders in driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
>Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP): collaborates with leaders to lead local workforce planning. To ensure regional branches have the necessary talent pipeline.
>HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making, track key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
