Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations
relating to job duties.
Work with high quality and accuracy standards, capturing interactions within case management
through case creation, update, and closure.
Navigate through systems, portals and shared locations finding and using content within the
knowledge base, applying it to resolve inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Update and maintain the Playbook, FAQs, process, guides, and other relevant documentations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in HR projects being run within the Global HR Shared Services team.
Act as a backup for colleagues on long leave / assigned to other projects.
Manage HR initiatives over and above regular duties.
Collect and cleanse data to populate accurate reports.
Qualifications & Requirements Education
Minimum of 3 years university or bachelor's degree.
Work Experience
4 years related experience required.
