As a
Human Resources Associate, we expect you to:
- Perform the end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure consistent positive experience for candidates and applicants.
Work with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring profiles and requirements.- Create and develop recruitment processes and strategies and identify suitable job platforms to attract the right applicants.
Perform various sourcing activities and initiatives to support the company's hiring needs.
- Ensure pre-employment requirements including job offer, employment agreement, non-disclosure agreement and other necessary documents of new employees are complete and valid.
Coordinate with agencies for the manpower needs of the Company and for agency personnel concerns.- Maintain and onboard new partner organizations such as schools and boot camps.
Handle internship partnerships and program-related matters.
- Ensure internship documentary requirements of student-interns and of partner schools are met.
Connect with new partner organizations such as schools, boot camps and universities for internship programs, and graduate referrals.- Connect with NGOs, LGUs and other organizations for livelihood training programs, Campaign season and other income-generating opportunities for different communities
Provide support in compensation and benefits programs and reportorial requirements of the Company.
- Participate in organizing company events and employee engagement programs.
Other tasks that may be assigned necessary to fulfil the functions mentioned above.
What you need:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: Php18,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
