Job SummaryThe HR Associate will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by providing administrative and operational assistance. This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations:
Providing support to employees with inquiries and concerns, assisting with employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies.Compensation and Benefits:
Assisting with the administration of payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related activities.Training and Development: Supporting the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
- HR Administration: Managing HR records, maintaining employee files, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Onboard new hires, including processing paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Provide support to employees with questions regarding company policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.- Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Assist with the development and delivery of training programs.
Manage and coordinate HR-related events and activities.- Stay up-to-date on current HR laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
