Job Description

Job Summary
The HR Associate will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by providing administrative and operational assistance. This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Providing support to employees with inquiries and concerns, assisting with employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Compensation and Benefits: Assisting with the administration of payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related activities.Training and Development: Supporting the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
  • HR Administration: Managing HR records, maintaining employee files, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Responsibilities:
Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Onboard new hires, including processing paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Provide support to employees with questions regarding company policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of training programs.
Manage and coordinate HR-related events and activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on current HR laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
