Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Staff to oversee all aspects of HR operations within our organization. The HR will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's objectives and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for promoting employee engagement and development.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

    - Develop recruitment strategies and collaborate with hiring managers to attract and select top talent.

    - Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

    - Manage orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and culture.

  • Employee Relations:

    - Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.

    - Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

    - Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication, respect, and teamwork.

  • Training and Development:

    - Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    - Facilitate training sessions on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training.

    - Support career development initiatives, including succession planning and talent management.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

    - Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and employee benefits enrollment.

    - Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.

    - Provide guidance on compensation-related issues and assist in salary negotiation processes.

  • HR Policy and Compliance:

    - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

    - Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.

    - Conduct audits and assessments to ensure HR processes are aligned with organizational goals and standards.

  • Performance Management:

    - Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

    - Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance issues.

    - Identify opportunities for performance improvement and recognize and reward outstanding contributions.
  • Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR management roles.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
