If you have an HR administration background who can support:
- administration duties: maintainance of employees files,
enforcing company policy and processes recruiting company employees and
- developing and implement training and development plan
conducting and reporting of performance- compiling departmental resports.
and other related duties.
- Graduate of any relevant degree to Human Resources administration or equivalent experience in the job.
Excellent Microsoft Office applications skills
- Experience with HR and Payroll
Knowledge on processing mandatory benefits, SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth and others; and company legal documents- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Professional and good communication skills (English and Filipino)
- Teamworking skills with diverse group of people
Can work fulltime in the Office located at Quezon City.
