Who we're looking for:

As part of the global support team based in Paraaque, Metro Manila at BMD Global Services, the Human Resources Advisor, will work closely with the Vice President to provide support for all HR related tasks.Using your high level of communication skills you will be responsible for:

• Generalist human resources tasks
• Processing internal promotions and employee transfers
• Administering the probations register and assisting the Vice President to facilitate the probation process
• Assisting with the recruitment for white collar roles including but not limited to; assessment of candidates, reference checks, and offers of employment
• Administering new starter notifications, coordination of employee assets and first day inductions
• Providing support when required to the human resources officer
• Other adhoc duties as required
  

The successful candidate will be good with people with:

• The ability to establish and maintain relationships across different functions in a global business
• Demonstrated experience in a similar Human Resources role in an international company in the Philippines would be advantageous
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in regards to sensitive information
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English with good listening skills
• Commitment to a high work standard and work ethic
• Positive attitude with good attention to detail
