Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Position Type: Full-time

HR Admin Assistant's responsibilities include processing employee data, and assisting with administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and the ability to work interchangeably with the Human Resources and operations team to ensure both departments run smoothly.

  • Execute Time and Attendance processing. Audit Monday board accurately to ensure time off is properly entered.
  • Research discrepancies to ensure accuracy of time off records and compliance with Company procedures, policies and guidelines.
  • Resolves discrepancies with the time off board and/or Paid time off balances, to ensure accuracy of records.
  • Responsible for assisting with administration and reconciliation of Paid time off hours.
  • Assists in partnership with management to communicate programs and coordinate internal and external meetings as needed..
  • Assist with updating and managing emails, along with accurately sorting and filing emails as needed.
  • Assisting with managing and updating the employee files.
  • Ensures all confidential information remains confidential.
  • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating intro calls for Newly on boarded employees
  • Banner posting for any occasions internally
  • Responsible for Monitoring the Terminated Procurement tracking
  • Assist with HR initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Flight Bookings, Hotel Reservations, Car Rentals and Food ordering
  • Assists in client calls and meeting schedules
  • Other duties as assigned.

INTER-RELATIONSHIP COMPONENT:

  • Ability to develop excellent working relationships with Staff, and Partners.
  • Ability to communicate with others in an effective and friendly manner.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing with others to explain complex issues, receive and interpret complex information.
  • Able to consistently provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments as needed.
