THIS IS AN URGENT HIRINGThe HR and Admin Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. In addition to administrative duties, the HR and Admin Supervisor will maintain employee relationships fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
- Update the internal database with new hire information.
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.- Timekeeping and checking of payroll templates.
Enrollment and Payment of government mandatory contributions.
- Work with the hiring manager to create the job description and salaries.
Publish and remove job ads- Schedule interviews and contact candidates as needed
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics as needed.
- Conducts the onboarding new hire training and new hire checkpoint interview (30-60-90 days)
Respond to employees questions and concerns.- Conduct employee discipline.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
Maintains the physical appearance and condition of the office premises.
- Ensure the employees safety and security on the office premises.
Manage inventory and purchasing of office supplies and other requisitions as needed by the business.- Facilitate repair and maintenance of office equipment.
Act as the contact person for the business when it comes to registration and renewals and other concerns.
- Conceptualize and execute team activities
Coordinate any logistic needs of the company related to traveling and/or events.- Handles the company petty cash.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
- REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Knowledgeable in all facets in Human Resources.
- Ability to do end to end recruitment process, create and implement policies and conduct employee discipline.
Experienced in operations management and office administration.- High attention to detail.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field- At least 6 years experience in human resources and office administration.
Understanding of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- SCHEDULE AND WORKING SET UP:
Monday to Friday
Location: Taguig City, Philippines reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
