This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource & Training Manager at Ancient Treasure Hospitality. The Human Resource & Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR tasks, including employee training and development, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate and organize training programs.

• Human Resources (HR) skills, including HR policies and employee relations
• Training & Development skills, including employee training programs
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
