- Identify Training and Developement Needs of all the Department within the company
- Work with Department Heads to develop training programs
- Organize training materials and oversee training programs
- Track and assess the progress of trainee and provide reports to the management
- Answers employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support overall organization and employee development
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any related course
At least 1-2years experience as an HR Training and Development Officer or similar role
Strong, Research Organizational, with Planning Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite( Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
AREA OF ASSIGNMENT- Davao City
