Role Overview:

The Human Resource Supervisor will oversee the recruitment processes within the HR Department. This role is responsible for managing and supervising the recruitment team to ensure the effective hiring of qualified candidates across various departments. The HR Supervisor will also contribute to developing recruitment strategies, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Recruitment and Staffing

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

- Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes to minimize recruitment delays.

2. Team Management.

- Supervise and mentor recruitment staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

3. Employer Branding

- Help develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent, including employer branding initiatives.

4. Compliance and Reporting

- Generate recruitment reports for senior management to assess recruitment effectiveness and make improvements.

5. Onboarding and New Hire Integration

- Ensure new employees are welcomed, oriented, and properly integrated into their teams.

6. Process Improvement

- Research and implement best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.

- Proven track record of successful recruitment, with experience in a variety of industries or roles.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a team.

- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Proven ability to source, assess, and recruit high-quality candidates.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
