Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking to source and attract candidates.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates skills and qualifications.Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; prepare interview questions and evaluation forms.Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect job requirements and company culture.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS); track and report on recruitment metrics.
Candidate Experience:
Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendations for improving the recruitment process.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and company standards.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members and candidates.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
