Key Responsibilities:As
Human Resource Office (Recruitment Specialist) at ACTS Achi & Ahia, Inc., you will:
- Perform functions such as but not limited to recruiting and staffing.
Maintain all employment and/or application records and provide clerical assistance to the Human Resources Manager.- Maintain employee files and the HR filing system.
Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
Update heads and management with HR-related concerns.- Assist in planning and facilitating staff activities, meetings, and/or training.
Network with various institutions, schools/universities, and social media/internet sites.
- Perform fieldwork if necessary.
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, or any related course.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Offices especially in MS Excel (pivots, macros, graphs, etc.).
Analytical and logical skills; be keen on details.- Related experience; but fresh graduates with minimal experience are welcome to apply.
Available for full-time post and office (onsite) reporting.
