Job Description: The
Human Resource Officer, specializing in Recruitment & Employee Relations, plays a vital role in sourcing and attracting talented candidates while fostering positive employee relationships. This role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, facilitating onboarding processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
Monitor employee attendance and absences, ensuring accurate payroll processing by auditing data and resolving discrepancies.- Provide support in conducting performance reviews and identifying employee development needs and performance improvement.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to by all employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation while preparing HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field.- Prior experience in recruitment and employee relations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and techniques.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.- Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, HR software and tools.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
