JOB OVERVIEW:The
Employee Relations Officer covers employee programs, accommodate and reconciliation of employee concerns. Ensuring compliance with all Philippine and local employment laws.
Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required. Work with HR Manager to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed. Also, assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any challenging areas.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field for at least 2 years.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Willing to work on site in Pasay City.

Pay: Php25,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
