HR Officer (Operations/Compliance) shall be accountable for HR Management, Administration and compliance of respective regional assignments.
Supervises store-based Human Resources Assistants/Supervisors.
Coordinates with HR Officers and Supervisors (Head Office), Department Managers,
Regional Managers and store based employees.

- Recruitment
- Employee & Labor Relations
- People Development
- Records Management
- Compensation & Benefits
- Management of Service Provider
- Corporate Merchandisers
- Reportorial Requirements
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology and other related course
Exposed in all HR Facets - HR Generalist
With five (5) years related work experience in the same capacity
