We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR who can provide essential support to Human Resources. The chosen candidate will take on various responsibilities, including hiring and training, but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing calendars, creating reports and presentations, and handling sensitive information. We're looking for someone with exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong eagerness to learn and advance within our organization.
- Primary Responsibilities:
Aid the HR Manager in calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Hiring and Training Newly Hired Employees
Generate reports, presentations, and other requested documents while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.- Arrange and organize travel plans and logistics.
Serve as a gatekeeper, screening incoming communications and requests.
- Collaborate with different departments and team members to ensure project deadlines are met and timely project completion.
Offer assistance on special projects and other tasks as required. Can help perform on calculations for BOT projects and conducting basic research studies.
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
