The position presents a leadership role essential in the success of the organization in supporting business needs. Ensures that HR strategies and initiatives are aligned to support the overall organizational objectives.
Initiates and administers programs to timely hire and recruit qualified employees to ensure that the organization is staffed with competent employees;
- Focuses on organizational development to bring the companies to a desired state with emphasis on training and development of employees through assessment of needs in relation to satisfaction of the job key results areas;
Develops and recommends appropriate criteria for employee Performance Management System for periodic performance appraisals in increasing and sustaining higher employee performance;- Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues; and
Ensures that HR Department costs are effectively and efficiently used.
- Job Skills and Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) experience in the General facets of Human Resources. Preferably with management/supervisory experience in the related field.
Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Makati City;- Strong leadership experience and skills; and
Excellent organizational oral and written communication skills.
