Human Resource Manager

The position presents a leadership role essential in the success of the organization in supporting business needs. Ensures that HR strategies and initiatives are aligned to support the overall organizational objectives.

• Job Responsibilities

Initiates and administers programs to timely hire and recruit qualified employees to ensure that the organization is staffed with competent employees;

• Focuses on organizational development to bring the companies to a desired state with emphasis on training and development of employees through assessment of needs in relation to satisfaction of the job key results areas;

Develops and recommends appropriate criteria for employee Performance Management System for periodic performance appraisals in increasing and sustaining higher employee performance;

• Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues; and

Ensures that HR Department costs are effectively and efficiently used.

• Job Skills and Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

• At least 5 year(s) experience in the General facets of Human Resources. Preferably with management/supervisory experience in the related field.

Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Makati City;

• Strong leadership experience and skills; and

Excellent organizational oral and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
