We aim to offer mentorship to help you develop your skills to their fullest potential.
Assist with recruitment activities.
- Help to prepare HR and Administration reports.
Maintain documentation and filing system.- Update leave summaries and employee documents.
Assist in updating the company's organizational chart.
- Coordinate with employees to cascade Townhall events and other engagement activities.
Currently enrolled in any college or university.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft software, data entry, and spreadsheets.
Good communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to non-disclosure requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask.

- Available to commit to an 8-hour shift, aligning with CompAsia's delivery schedule (e.g., no conflicting face-to-face classes or other school activities that might affect deliverables).
