Job Description- In-charge of all biometrics timekeeping of company employees
Ensures that all employees are enrolled in the biometric timekeeping system.- Updates the manpower plantilla records
Prepares and ensures accuracy of attendance of all employees (direct hired and contractual).
- Preparing monthly report and prepares request for payments for various government remittances .
Prepares monthly reports of attendance (direct hired and contractual) and issues memo to employees with offenses in accordance to attendance policies.- Monitors offenses of all employees.
Prepares a summary of payroll report every payroll release.
- Monitors vacation and sick leave credits of all employees.
In charge for interview scheduling of the applicants- Scheduling and preparing rooms for upcoming interviews
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, or equivalent.- Able to maintain a good working relationship with colleagues.
Can work with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, trustworthy, shows initiative, detail-oriented, and of good moral character.
Team player, smart, and dynamic.- Willing to be assigned in Eastwood, Quezon City.
