_Responsibilities:_
- Strategic HR Planning: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Recruitment and Selection:
Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.Employee Relations:
Managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.Training and Development: Identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and implementing employee development initiatives.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
_Qualifications:_
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Several years of experience in HR management or leadership roles.Strategic Thinking:
The ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
