Duties and Responsibilities - Prepare, analyze, and implement the company's policy and procedure and ensure compliance.
Oversee employee performance reviews by coordinating with their immediate superior and ensuring the fairness of proposed salary increases or benefits.- Will handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing up to onboarding.
Prepare and draft initial documents of newly hired employees like Job descriptions, employment contracts, and other Human Resource related documentation.
- Processes and prepares the timekeeping and computes all the payroll of admin and monthly paid employees.
Timely processing of all mandated government remittances (SSS, PAGIBIG, and PHIC).- Received, processes and respond to day-to-day employees queries or concerns.
Manage employee relations and disciplinary issues by counseling, conducting investigations, information gathering, and recommending possible sanctions aligned with the company code of conduct and labor law.
- Create and prepare an internal and external memorandum and timely updating of policies.
Plan, create, assist, and execute the company's official activities.- Time to time coordination with the third-party provider (HMO and agency).
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related course.- With proven two (2) - three (3) years of professional working experiences handling all the facet of Human Resources.
In depth knowledge of Employee and Labor relation.
- Working experience in construction or real estate is an advantage.
Willing to work in General Trias Cavite.
