Key Responsibilities:- Administer various HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation programs.
Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting.- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and career advancement.
Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
- Support HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
