Spearhead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation and paperwork completion.
Conduct benefits enrollment and ensure timely and accurate benefits administration.
Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data to support decision-making.
- Compliance & Record Keeping:
Ensure compliance with the government and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support
Monitor and handle office maintenance
Comply to purchase request of the company
Conduct monthly supplies inventory
Perform additional tasks as requested by the management
