REQUIREMENTS AND QUSLIFICATIONS:- Graduate of Psychology, BSBA Major in HRDM or any relevant courses
With minimum of 1 year experience as HR Generalist- With General knowledge in HR Facets
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and etc.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Building positive relationships and fostering trust with employees is essential.- Should be able to think critically and strategically to address complex HR issues and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Handling sensitive employee information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations demand
a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Timekeeping: Implements and maintains timekeeping systems such as electronic time clocks, biometric scanners, or software platforms.
Benefits Administration: Assist employees and managers with understanding salary brackets and the benefits available- Employee/Industrial Relations: Managing the dynamic interactions between employers and employees within an organization.
Administration Works: The administrative responsibilities of an HR Generalist are varied and encompass a wide range of tasks
essential to the smooth operation of the human resources department and the organization as a whole.
