Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts for all personnel, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
Handle enrollments, changes, and terminations in benefits.- Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
Maintain and update employee handbook and policies as needed.
- Manage and update employee records and files.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.- Facilitate in-house training sessions and liaise with external training providers as needed.
