Job Description Summary
Role Summary:
The HR Generalist role is responsible for partnering with both the HR team and directly with business leaders and managers to provide HR support and advice. This role will be critical in delivery of HR processes and activities to ensure successful implementation and alignment with Cushman & Wakefield's people priorities. The role is an opportunity to work across a diverse client account portfolio spanning 15-18 countries in APAC and EMEA. The role will report into an HR Director based in Singapore.

About the Role:
Development of trusted partnership relationship
Provide people solutions that supports achievement of business goals through people
People processes and policies (including performance development cycle and Talent) are managed closely with the HR Director and the business to support successful implementation
Provide proactive and timely solutions for employee relations concerns and employee matters
Support the HR Business Partnering teams with implementation of people initiatives and projects for the business
HR Generalist Support
Provide accurate and clear HR advice to the business with relation to Awards and contract terms
Partner with in-country HR Business Partners to ensure seamless hiring and onboarding of new employees
Support the delivery of and ensure adherence to Company training, particularly related to performance management, bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination or specialist leadership training
Work with the team to identify and implement strategies and programs that will support and enhance employee satisfaction, employee engagement, employee performance and business performance, for the allocated client group
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of appropriate pay and conditions. Work closely with HR Services to ensure accurate employment related information is tracked
Undertake off-boarding activities in a timely manner
Employee Relations, Investigations and Performance Management
Partner and support in-country HRBPs and the business in performance management of poor performing employees, including (where appropriate) the development of a Performance Improvement Plan
Where an investigation is required, assist with investigations according to best practice principles
Assist with restructures to ensure that they follow all legal requirements
Ability to interpret and provide advice on remuneration, bonus and incentive structures
General Responsibilities

Understand the Cushman & Wakefield brand and expertise of services delivered to ensure all opportunities to provide a full service offer to clients is available
Key Relationships
This role may liaise with outplacement support, employee assistance provider, workers compensation insurer and external health and safety provider.
This role will liaise with all members of the broader Human Resources COE team, and HR members in various countries in APAC and EMEA
About You
At least 3 years relevant Human Resources Generalist role or similar in a large diverse organisation
Employee Relations experience
Experience in investigations and grievance management, and the disciplines that are essential to rigorous ER case management
An ability to communicate effectively, build trust and successfully manage stakeholders
Provide HR operational advice that drives business performance
Demonstrated capability partnering and working with a variety of HR Centers of Excellence (COE)
Hands on experience with HR Technology platforms preferably Workday
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Preferably degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other relevant discipline.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
High level of attention to detail
Working knowledge of employment law framework including awards
