Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management, Commerce, or Industrial Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in various HR functions such as People Relations and Discipline, Performance Appraisal Administration, People Movement, Implementation of Employee engagement and retention, Vendor Management- Exposure to HRBP responsibilities, such as supporting business units, working on HR projects, or acting as a liaison between HR and other departments.
