Human Resource Business Partner

Job Summary:

_Human Resource Business Partner_ will provide expert-level support in employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance. This role involves independently developing and implementing HR initiatives to support organizational goals.

• Must Have:

Experience with performance management and employee development programs.

• Talent management experience in onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding.

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.

• 2-5+ years of HR experience.

1-2 years of experience in a US company preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Preferred:

Experience with HR software systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).

• Desired:

Familiarity with succession planning and talent development strategies.

• Strong understanding of HR principles and procedures.
