Job Description

General Requirements:
  • Solid years of experience in Human Resources (with expertise in Organization Development/Total Rewards and Recruitment)
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
Employment Setup: Full-time, Permanent & Direct Hire
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid Setup
  • Job Responsibilities:
Aligning the recruitments of the business and ensuring all vacancies are closed the soonest possible time
  • Conducts interviews, candidate calibration and onboarding orientation of new hires.
Track and monitors headcounts and manages the Org Chart of their respective accounts
  • Partners with the business to provide solutions to the people management concerns
Develops, communicates and executes employee activities to continuously engage employees
  • Communicates and cascades Performance Management, Talent Reviews and Learning Development Plans to ensure each businesses are aligned and current with their plans
Work closely with the business to ensure the development of activities and initiatives that support the

Pay: Php75,
  • 00 - Php90,000.00 per month
