Access Healthcare is looking for experienced HR Business Partners with experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in human resources and be able to provide strategic and tactical HR support to the business. This role will work closely with the management team and be responsible for driving key HR initiatives.
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding their needs and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Partner with recruitment team to identify and attract top talent to the organization.- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers.
Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of HR Business Partner/Employee Relations experience in the BPO industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
