Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HR administrative functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management.
Manage employee time off and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and interviews, drafting correspondence, and preparing materials for presentations.
- Coordinate and manage office operations such as ordering supplies, managing office space, and responding to facility issues.
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.- Prepare and manage government documents such as permits and licenses.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in HR or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
