Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform HR administrative functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management.
Manage employee time off and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and interviews, drafting correspondence, and preparing materials for presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage office operations such as ordering supplies, managing office space, and responding to facility issues.
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Prepare and manage government documents such as permits and licenses.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in HR or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
