You will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including attending job fairs and screening candidates.
Develop and implement on-the-job training programs.- Partner with schools and government agencies to participate in job fairs.
Conduct monthly employee evaluations.
- Contribute to employee engagement by assisting with HR events, training, and development initiatives.
Maintain employee confidentiality and ensure the security of HR information.- Prepare and submit regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) to supervisor.
Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to achieving team goals.
Fresh graduates in Human Resources or a related field are welcome. Prior HR experience is a plus, but we are also open to training enthusiastic and qualified individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
