• Responsibilities:

Provide an accurate, complete and customer friendly response when handling ticket service to employees

• Ensure all compensation and benefits ticket logged on the SNOW are resolved

Administer compensation and benefits process scheme or report efficiently and within agreed timelines

• Create and submit report to Vendor or to Process Owner

Liaise with Payroll and other functional team in order to obtain necessary information to resolve queries

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's Graduate in Human Resource or any equivalent course.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!With familiarity with HR facet

• Familiarity with HR software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word), and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Ability to address and resolve various HR-related issues effectively

• Knowledge in HR Service Design is a plus

• Work Location: Mandaluyong City

• Work Setup: Hybrid

• Work Schedule: Shifting schedule
