The HR Associate is responsible for providing specialized administrative support and management of HR functions namely, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement and Performance Management or Total Rewards programs.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities
- Proficient on MS Office and good knowledge of HRIS and databases
- Familiarity with hiring practices and processes, Accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices, labor law compliance and legislation, project management and performance management and total rewards programs
- Great attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Education, Licenses and Certificates
- Graduate of a four (4) year baccalaureate course
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology and/or other related courses
Relevant Experience
- At least two (2) years work experience preferably as HR Generalist
