Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Human Resource Investigator to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints and allegations of misconduct, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Conduct Investigations: Perform detailed investigations into employee complaints, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy violations.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews with complainants, witnesses, and subjects of investigations, ensuring a fair and unbiased approach.
Document Analysis:
Review and analyze relevant documents, emails, and other forms of communication to gather evidence.Reporting:
Compile comprehensive investigation reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions.Compliance: Ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with company policies, legal standards, and best practices.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Collaboration:
Work closely with HR Director, legal counsel, and management to address and resolve issues promptly.Training:
Assist in developing and delivering training programs related to workplace conduct, ethics, and compliance.Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry best practices, legal developments, and emerging trends in HR investigations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR investigations, employee relations, or a related field.

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
Proficiency in report writing and documentation.- Knowledge of employment / labor laws and regulations.
