College Graduate or its equivalent or other related courses
Experience
:
At least 1-2 years experience in related field of work. Preferably with technical know-how in food manufacturing & packaging.
Skills

Good supervisory skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Must be analytical
- 1 Provide and maintains 201 files of employees and ensures document requirements training records, and other records are complete and up to date
- 2 Administers the recruitment and selection of applicants, upon advice of the Asst. HRAD Supervisor
- 3 Ensures company policies and procedures are understood by the employees during orientation
- 4 Upon advice of the Asst. HRAD Supervisor, organizes training/seminars and informs participants of the details
- 5 Distributes and collates employee performance evaluation
- 6 Prepares memorandum to employees for disciplinary actions
- 7 Prepares data for analysis of attendance for all employees
- 8 Ensures self and co-worker's welfare & safety are top priorities by ensuring company rules and regulations are strictly implemented and followed
- 9 Ensures that products produced are safe and of good quality by ensuring good manufacturing and food safety practices are followed and monitored to ensure product quality and safety.
- 10 Acts as facilitator/ coordinator for company programs/ occasions
- 11 Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior
