Purpose of the positionTo enhance and provide hands-on technical expertise for Hubspot CRM and manage all data for efficient and automated programs. Create and manage workflows, automation, and software interactions across Hubspot's marketing and sales hubs.
Measures of success
- Double the impact (through increased efficiency, quality, and results) of marketing programs across
client acquisition (B2C),- corporate acquisition (B2B)
GP referral and
- Clinicians recruit and retain
- Create and manage forms, workflows, email campaigns, including the template designs (emails), tasks, etc
Measure results and optimize workflows to convert our different target audiences from leads to prospects to customers to advocates
- Own and manage data - overall quality, uploads, rules, etc.
Campaign analysis, align lead scoring to ICP (ideal customer profile), attribution measurements- Perform regular tests, analyze and optimize results
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Onboard, integrate or implement HubSpot for new HealthBright businesses
Recommendations to minimize unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.
- Work experience and skills
- Minimum 3 years experience with Hubspot marketing and sales hub within a marketing operations or marketing team
Creation, building and analyzing omni-channel marketing campaigns in Hubspot- Experience in data quality and enhancement techniques
Ability to own projects from planning through to execution
- Highly proficient in Excel or Google sheets and data analysis
High attention to detail and accuracy
- Have led Hubspot build and/or migrations
Experience with Zapier and other third-party integrations Experience with lead scoring
- ICP analysis and improvement
Understanding of research techniques
