Job Description
Dive into an exciting role where you'll keep our HubSpot system and other crucial software running smoothly. As part of the Compliance team, you will report to the VP of Quality Systems and work closely with the Marketing and IT teams to ensure data integrity and flawless processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Administration: Own the day-to-day administration and ensure the platform runs like clockwork, including user management, workflows, and data integrity.
- Workflow Development: Develop, implement, and maintain marketing automation workflows, email marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing processes within HubSpot.
- Report and Dashboard Management: Create and manage HubSpot dashboards, reports, and analytics to track marketing and sales performance.
- Integration Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure effective integration of HubSpot with NetSuite and other CRM systems.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HubSpot and its integrations, and provide training and support to HubSpot users within the organization.
- Data Maintenance: Clean, organize, and maintain our extensive CRM database, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy within HubSpot and compliance with data protection regulations.
- System Maintenance: Oversee the company's systems management, including NetSuite and other tools/applications, and keep training materials up-to-date.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work across departments to enhance our database processes and implement solutions designed by Senior Management to optimize operations.
- Report Preparation: Prepare data for presentations that make an impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- With at least 3+ years proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and CRM best practices.
- Proficiency in managing integrations between HubSpot and other platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot CRM).
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with NetSuite and other CRM systems is highly desirable.
Work Schedule and Setup
- Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
- Hybrid set-up
- Reporting to Eastwood Office
