Position : CRM Administrator / Outbound Management
Working Hours : Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm Central Time
Salary Range : USD 1,000 - USD 1,500/month
Main Responsibilities
Boost Sales Through Outbound Strategies:
- Conduct outbound sales activities like cold calling and email outreach to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Develop and refine compelling sales scripts and presentations to convert leads into customers.
- Track and measure your progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to achieving team sales goals.
Become a CRM Powerhouse
- Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry.
- Utilize automation tools within the CRM to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to colleagues on utilizing the CRM system effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
- CRM Savvy: Experience with any CRM system is a plus, with a strong preference for HubSpot.
- Tech-Ready: Familiarity with G Suite and Slack for seamless communication and collaboration.
- Sales Drive: Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets through effective outbound strategies.
- Data Dexterity: Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication Champion: Strong written and verbal communication skills to excel in both
sales interactions and teamwork.
