Job Roles and Responsibilities:_
- Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously
Assumes responsibility of Hub activities in the Hub- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Ensures all company policies, procedures and loss prevention are followed
- Ability to anticipate demand and determine which materials and supplies the company needs
Facilitates, coordinates, identifies and monitors the availability and usage of equipment and materials- Leads and manages people through monitoring of issues on terms of attendance, behavior, performance, and ensuring resources are available in order to support operation's requirements.
In-charge in monitoring of daily attendance of staff and on-call workers (time keeping/ man-hour sheets)
- Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:_
- At least College/vocational level
1-2 years relevant work experience in Logistics/ Delivery/ Express Industry- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and Power Point
- Knowledgeable in creating SOP.
Effective and keen to details.- Analytical skills and process improvement.
In-depth understanding of express industry.
- Willing to work in Sta. Maria Bulacan 6 days per week.
Can start immediately.
