Job Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor compliance of Hub personnel to standardization rules of the Hub
Make daily, weekly and monthly reports on the compliance of personnel to standardization process and policies
Makes recommendations for improvements to develop core and active users and improve the activity and awareness of users.
Monitor and analyze user operation data and establish operation and maintenance strategies for users with different attributes.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by his or her immediate supervisor
