Job Summary : Responsible for managing and maintaining warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and help to facilitate regular inventory audits. Additionally, Warehouse Specialists work with other departments to coordinate shipments and ensure that products are delivered on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Transacts all materials movement in SAP (Inbound and Outbound) (D) Transacts all materials movement in WMS (Inbound and Outbound) (D) Handles Processing Plant and Store Non-consumables - (D) Conducts monthly inventory count audit for central warehouses Submits WPR or Monthly Performance Report; Expiration Monitoring Ensures that SAP ending inventory is always equal to physical inventory by conducting weekly cycle count Reconciles Inventory as needed and provides variance explanation to Finance and his/her superior Assists the Stockman in maintaining the good warehousing practices Monitors warehouse inventory level daily and report to Planning This position may be asked to perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time or as the need arises

KEY QUALIFICATIONS - Degree holder of Bachelor's/College Degree in Management/ Accounting/ Operations Management / Industrial Engineer / Supply Chain - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Must be computer literate (Google Sheet, MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office) - With good level of interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility - SAP literate (MM / FI Module) - Attention to detail and problem solving skills
