Job Description

Principal Accountabilities
  • Provide administrative support to HSSE and Operations.
Maintain HSSE documentation including programs, policies, procedures, and training records.
  • Monitor monthly submissions of plant operations and road transport (RAPs, incident reports, etc)
Coordinate, arrange, organize HSSE related trainings (PTW-JHA, DSO, et al)
  • Monitor FTW release for all Isla staff
Assist in HSSE manager's projects & collaboration projects with other departments
  • Compile and assist in the preparation of Mancom, IMT, and Excom reports on a monthly basis

  • Assist in compiling, collating, and finalizing iSAFE results on an annual basis
Assist in coordinating with DDC provider and collating DDC results of all departments
  • Participate in HSSE-MS current activities on standardization of documents, revision of manuals, etc
Collate monthly safety man-hrs of all Isla departments and external contractors
  • Assist in Toolbox meetings at least twice a month
Maintain the ESG file being submitted to GRAC on a quarterly basis and coordinate with Plant Ops on required details for the ESG report
  • Qualifications:
At least 1 year continuous year experience as Safety Officer or working under HSE
  • Work experience on reporting, data gathering, MS Office
Educational background: engineering (industrial), vocational (computer, administration)
  • Preferably SO2 (with 40-Hour BOSH), minimum SO1 please secure evidences such as training certificate, Appointment Letter
Structured and organized; can collate tons of data from databases; organized monitoring skills, strict to attention details and CRM is a plus.
  • Able to maintain accurate, legible, and up to date records.
Self-driven and able to manage multiple and changing priorities with little direction and supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize, manage time appropriately and multi-task under pressure.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Proven experience of customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated attitude with excellent work ethic.

Pay: Php25,
  • 00 - Php28,000.00 per month
