Resolving complaints: Call center agents must be able to handle complaints from customers and work to resolve any issues or concerns. They should be able to listen to the customer's concerns and offer solutions to resolve the issue.- Escalating issues: If a customer's issue cannot be resolved by the call center agent, they may need to escalate the issue to a supervisor or manager.
Meeting performance metrics: Call center agents may be required to meet performance.
