Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cebu for an HROD Manager. The HROD Manager will be responsible for human resources management, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as implementing HR strategies, overseeing employee development, managing employee relations, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
