Position Responsibilities
- Manage employee records globally, including integration of new hire records and updating the information of existing employees in the company HR systems (Costpoint, etc.)
- Ensure data integrity by consistently executing data audits and validating questionable information with requestors and/or stakeholders before entering the information into the system to avoid discrepancies
- Assist and deliver ad-hoc reports in a timely manner and design scheduled reports depending on the need of the customers
- Review and fix feed errors from BrassRing, OrgPlus, Active Directory, and other systems
- Collaborate with various functional groups in Deltek to obtain necessary information on critical requests and data inconsistencies
- Assist in testing, deployment, and validation of upgrades, automation, system enhancements, data migration, and other technical projects for HR Systems.
- Build process document for end-users
- Recommend effective process improvement
- Attend to employment verification requests
- Perform tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, 3-5 years of progressive HRIS experience
- Experience with global workforce and matrix organizational structure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with numbers
- The candidate must be highly organized and must be able to collaborate with cross-functional groups
- Ability to multi-task and adjust work schedule according to business needs
- Assertive and must be able to communicate with people from all levels in the organization
- Meticulous, good attention to detail, able to work with minimal supervision
- Customer-oriented
