- To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
A graduate of a Bachelor or Master's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any other related course.- Intermediate skills in systems analysis and data flow design
Intermediate data wrangling skills using one of the following languages: Python, SQL, or R
- Intermediate skills in data visualization using MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
Working knowledge of Tableau Desktop- Familiarity with HR Analytics metrics
Systems Analyst experience or IT Business Analyst- Minimum 2 years experience working with HR related data and information systems
